IPC 9000 Cure

Ideal for concrete floors in general, with internal or external application

Description

IPC 9000 CURE is a curing agent based on chemical components in an aqueous emulsion, which penetrates the concrete surface and inhibits the rapid evaporation of water after concreting. This product is specially formulated for spray application, eliminating the use of water, blankets and other types of cures.

IPC 9000 Cure chemically reacts with cement to form insoluble crystals that result in a highly efficient concrete curing process.

A floor cured with IPC 9000 CURE guarantees a more effective result in the mechanical processes of polishing, restoring and cutting the concrete floor.

IPC 9000 CURE has been widely used by several construction companies in the process of curing the concrete slabs in their buildings. With a simple spray of IPC 9000 CURE, the use of curing blankets and the continuous watering process for 7 (seven) days is completely eliminated, reducing costs and increasing labor productivity.

The IPC 9000 CURE product dissipates after the curing period by itself, it is not necessary to remove it afterwards, as occurs with acrylic or paraffin based products. This increases the productivity of the coating installation process that follows, after the curing stage.
