Description

IPC 7400 is a high-performance crystallization-densification-waterproofing nanotechnology for concrete floors, based on Nanolithium (Nanolithium), with excellent abrasion resistance and high mirror gloss. After its application, it promotes a vitreous and resistant finish, which chemically reacts with the concrete floor, becoming an integral part of it.

IPC 7400 is ideal for finishing mechanical processes of polishing, restoring and cutting floors, increasing durability, strength and appearance that no surface hardener can achieve.

Formulated with reactive silicon-based technology in aqueous emulsion, it can be applied to freshly finished concrete, after its curing period, or to existing and already cured concrete.

IPC 7400 forms a denser surface, impermeable and resistant to water, oils and greases, not requiring the excess to be removed at the end of the application.

IPC 7400 - Characteristics

It is an inorganic nanotechnological compound based on water, liquid with a white color, characteristic odor, non-toxic and with low viscosity.
Penetrates and bonds deeply to the floor surface, promoting high aesthetic shine. It is totally different from waxes, acrylic resins, epoxy resins and floor varnishes, which simply overlap the floor and wear out easily.
Promotes the formation of a denser surface that is impervious to water, oils and greases.
It is not necessary to eliminate the excess at the end of the application process.
Eliminates dust formation due to heavy traffic.
Yield approximately 40 m2 per liter. This yield will depend on ambient temperature and surface porosity.
